в редакции сообщения такой функции нет. нужно в первоначальном посте найти ф-цию "прикрепить файл". ну или с радикала лейте.

Проверьте тип файла и его размер - возможно срабатывает ограничение.
Допустимые типы файлов: gif jpg png txt zip bmp jpeg
Максимально допустимый размер: 180600 байт
