Стоп, на сурков (если формально говоря) сейчас разрешена быть не может. С августа и до залегания в спячку, если я не ошибаюсь. Но я не припомню, чтобы здесь давали лицензии или путевки на сурков и иже с ними....

Теоретически на песчаного суслика до 30 апреля, практически не дают.
